( c ) Microarrays were blocked with pre-hybridisation buffer (4× SSC, 1% SDS, and 10 mg·mL −1 BSA) for 45 min at 42 °C. ( d ) Specific fluorescent probes for DENV-1, -2, -3, or -4 (5 μL) were hybridised to the DNA microarray.
